Jennifer J. Bentley

Jennifer J. Bentley, A.A., B.S., J.D. is a member of both the California and Federal Bar. Ms. Bentley has 28 years of law practice, with 26 years dedicated to Workers’ Compensation Law for both the applicant and the defense. She was formerly a managing partner and opened a branch office for a large law firm. She is an active alumna of Point Nazarene University, having served on the Board of Trustees for many years. She is an active volunteer in her local church, participating in choral work, drama and musicals, choral soloist, church pianist, Church Board Member and Senior, Youth and Children’s Ministries. She is a popular Worship Leader and speaker at Women’s Retreats. She was the designated attorney for estate planning services for the Southern California District Church of the Nazarene. Community involvement includes Professional Women’s Fellowship, Professional Women Lawyers of San Diego, Director on the Board of Directors and Secretary for the PQ Outreach Coalition, a 501(c) (3) organization, addressing healthcare needs in San Diego County. She was also a yearly career day speaker at various local high schools, featured speaker on a local San Diego radio station and a member of Kiwanis International. She was recognized by Kiwanis International, receiving the Family of the Year Award for the California, Nevada and Hawaii Districts. She has also served with her husband as Presidents of the local Choral Boosters Club and Baseball Boosters Club.
