Nancy H. Kerr

Nancy H. Kerr, B.A., J.D., is a Certified Legal Specialist in Workers' Compensation, which she has practiced since 1989. Ms. Kerr has also handled both civil litigation and subrogation claims. She graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in English as well as her teaching certification. She received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina. She is admitted to California State and Federal Bars; she was admitted to the bar in Maryland and Washington, D.C. She has served as a temporary judge in Harbor Court in Newport Beach, California, and currently serves as an administrative hearing officer for the County of Orange. She volunteers for Irvine Ranch Conservancy, Girl Scouts of America, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and Newport Citizens for Responsible Growth. She serves on the board of directors for Eastbluff youth theater and as corporate secretary for Psitech, Inc.
